Center Stage Studios offers four payment plans. For the first session, you will be pro-rated using the introductory rate. There is an annual registration fee due on your anniversary month. Before starting your second session, you will be required to choose from one of the following payment option plans listed in the yellow titled columns:

Tuition is payable to Center Stage Studios. Since your first class is FREE, the first session is the ONLY month your tuition is pro-rated....NO EXCEPTIONS. Tuition is EXPECTED to stay current. Tuition fees are NON- refundable and NON-transferable.

The tuition fees are based on a 4 week monthly session. We are OPEN year round, that is 48 weeks a year with 12 monthly sessions. Each year, we post a calendar which divides the year into 12 sessions.

Our school holidays are: President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. If a studio holiday falls on your scheduled class day, please check our school calendar to see if a make up class is available. Spring Break, Summer Break, Thanksgiving Weekend and Winter Break are ADDITIONAL holidays - NOT part of our 48 weeks we are open so make up classes are not needed.

Make -up classes may be taken within 60 days from the day the class is missed. Make up classes are allowed as long as tuition is current. The make up class must be the same or a lower level that the student is currently attending and may NOT be made up in the class the student is enrolled. Missed classes will not be credited towards tuition for the following month.

If you wish to discontinue classes or take a leave of absence, you will need to fill out a request card. We REQUIRE a two week notice. When you return, you will receive a new start up date with a registration fee due. On any day in which 3 or less students attend, instead of canceling the class, it will be only 30 minutes and considered a semi-private lesson but you will not be charged extra.

All return checks or EFT returns are subject to a $25.00 surcharge. All declined credit cards are subject to a $12.00 surcharge. All classes are subject to changes without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

EFT- Automatic checking or saving account withdrawal

Welcome to Center Stage Studios EFT program. We will automatically withdrawal your monthly tuition on the first of each month from either your checking or savings account. To join the EFT program, fill out the authorization form and attach a voided check or savings account deposit slip. The EFT program is only valid for monthly tuition and saves you from late fees. There is a $25.00 surcharge for returned EFT transactions.

Our cancellation policy to stop the EFT program is a confirmation either in person, phone call or written notice no later than the 20^th of the current month for the next monthly session. We are OPEN year round - that is 48 weeks a year (12 monthly sessions). It is your responsibility to give notice to stop the EFT program in a timely manner.

 

Reoccurring Credit Card (CC) -Automatic payment by credit card

Welcome to Center Stage Studios credit card program. We will automatically charge your credit card on the first of each month. To join the CC program, fill out the authorization form with credit card billing address and present your credit card. The CC program is only valid for monthly tuition. There is a $12.00 surcharge for declined credit card transactions.

Our cancellation policy to stop the CC program is a confirmation either in person, phone call or written notice no later than the 20^th of the current month for the next monthly session. We are OPEN year round - that is 48 weeks a year (12 monthly sessions). It is your responsibility to give notice to stop the CC program in a timely manner.

 

Bi-Annual payment - payable by cash or check

Welcome to Center Stage Studios bi-annual payment program. Tuition is due on the first day of your bi- annual session (whichever day that falls on) with a grace period till the 7th day of month REGARDLESS of absence or illness or date of first session. After the first grace period, you will be subject to a late fee charge of $10.00. After the 20th of the month, you will be subject to a late fee of $15.00. Bi-annuals will not have a due date of July or December. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly to avoid those months. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS if you wish to discontinue before your payment period ends. Payment is only accepted for six consecutive months and occurs twice a year. Our cancellation policy for ALL students is a two week notice prior to end of the current monthly session.
